I am passionate about facilitating discovery and transformation for both individuals and organizations. We are all powerhouses—capable of intentionally directing our energy toward what is good, meaningful, and impactful. My mission is to help people uncover their unique gifts, skills, and talents, and to equip and empower them to use these strengths in service of a greater purpose.
Through coaching, I create a supportive and challenging space where clients can clarify vision, overcome obstacles, and embrace lasting change. Whether working with individuals seeking personal and professional growth or organizations pursuing alignment and effectiveness, I guide the process of turning potential into tangible results.
At the heart of my work is the conviction that true success flows from authenticity, purpose, and courageous action. My role is not to give answers, but to ask the right questions, provide tools, and spark the insights that lead to real breakthroughs utilizing the research-backed Energy LeadershipTM Index (ELI) assessment.
I have years of experience coaching individuals and teams. My diverse experience as a leader of people, non-profit organizations, and corporate environments has given me a unique perspective in observation of human behaviors in context to personal and professional outcomes.
My passion is for facilitating the self-discovery process by partnering with clients holding space for thought and feeling. We immediately begin shifting from low energy places of focus (fear, doubt, and worry) to higher resonating abundance (objectivity, healing, and growth) priming better feeling thoughts, which manifests greatness. Together we give attention to what is important by understanding values, removing barriers, and taking steps toward achieving a more satisfying and fulfilling life, career, mission, goal, and navigation through significant change.
